Cook Time: 15 to 20 minutes
100 ml of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE
500g Lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 slices of swiss cheese
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, onion, sliced (optional)
1) In a large bowl, mix ground beef, chopped onion, ground black pepper, minced garlic, egg, panko bread crumbs and 70 ml of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE and mix it well. Shape into four round hamburger patties.
2) Grill hamburger patties to desired doneness. Brush the patties several times during the last
3 minutes of grilling with remaining sauce.
3) Lightly grill toast the buns and place the patties, cheese and other optional vegetables in the buns and serve.
