Cooking Time: 10 minutes
200g pork loin sliced (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup onion ( 2 cm sliced)
2 teaspoon flour
4 tablespoons of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE
1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
1) Put thinly sliced meat in a bowl and dust with flour.
2) Put TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE and grated ginger in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
3) In a skillet or frying pan, put the meat over medium-high heat. Cook the meat until browned then add onions until slightly softened, stir in ingredient (2) over high heat, cook until lightly thickens and serve.
