250g lean ground beef
250g lean ground pork
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Panko bread crumbs
2 tablespoon TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE
50 ml TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE
50 ml pineapple juice
50 ml tomato juice
2 tablespoon apple juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh garlic, grated
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1) In a medium bowl, combine ground beef and pork, onions, egg, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoon of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE, sesame oil and pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and form into balls.
2) Cook in large skillets until golden browned on all sides and cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside.
3) Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan, bring it to boil and reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Return the meatballs in the pan and stir well then serve.
