Ebi Kushiyaki (Skewered Shrimp)

Ingredients

150 ml of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE

500 g Shrimps, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon sesame oil

6-8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 20 minutes.

Directions

1) In a pan, mix 150 ml of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, sesame oil and mix it well.

2) Place shrimp on skewers.

3) Place skewered shrimps in marinade. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes turning skewers after 15 minutes.

4) Grill skewered shrimps over medium heat until shrimps turn pink. Cook for about 2 to 3 minutes per side, brush over skewered shrimps with remaining sauce while grilling.
