150ml of TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE
500g Beef Short ribs (or other variations) thinly sliced about 3-8 mm (or of your preference)
1 tablespoon of green onion
1) Place thinly cut beef into a bowl.
2) Combine TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE, green onion and marinate meat in a bowl.
3) Grill or broil until ribs turn brown and crisp, turn ribs over occasionally.
4) If you want additional flavor, prepare TENZAN ORIGINAL YAKINIKU SAUCE in a separate small dish and dip the cooked beef just before eating.
